Mediation services are billed on an hourly basis for time actually expended in preparation for and at the mediation. Reasonable expenses and travel time are also billed. Joan Morrow imposes no administrative or handling fees.

     In addition to service as a mediator, Joan has served as an arbitrator, early neutral evaluator and as a court-appointed Special Master in class litigation to decide discovery issues and to make recommendations to the court concerning the further expeditious handling of the litigation.
