The
cases mediated by Joan Morrow have involved employment
disputes, discrimination, sexual harassment, defamation and
the break-up of businesses and professional firms. They have
included contract claims, intellectual property and insurance coverage
disputes, as well as class actions involving healthcare
consumer finance and employment matters and Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions. The

Joan
