Joan S. Morrow brings sixteen years of prior experience as a litigation lawyer to the role of professional peacemaking. Mediating since 1990 and practicing as a professional mediator since 1994, Joan Morrow has conducted over 1200 employment and commercial mediations and enjoys a very high resolution rate.

The cases mediated by Joan Morrow have involved employment disputes, discrimination, sexual harassment, defamation and the break-up of businesses and professional firms. They have included contract claims, intellectual property and insurance coverage disputes, as well as class actions involving healthcare consumer finance and employment matters and Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions. The parties who have sought Joan's services for the resolution of their cases have included major national and international corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, federal and state agencies, colleges and universities and individual parties.
